Description
Building on the communication themes explored in April’s session (“Sociograms: Find Out Who Is Really in Charge”) and July’s session (“The Art of the Reframe: Responding to Idiocy, Hate, and Lies”), this session delves deeper into mastering organizational dynamics. The sociogram revealed the true influencers within a group. The reframe technique did not eradicate idiocy, hate, or lies but instead planted seeds of doubt and sowed discomfort, challenging falsehoods at their core.
Now, we introduce the Gambit—a strategic tool adept at unmasking hidden disliking, underlying bias, and resistance to new ideas. As the saying goes, “forewarned is forearmed.” By recognizing these subtle currents, you become better equipped to navigate political landmines, discern genuine allies, and craft approaches that increase the likelihood of your success.
This session will empower you to anticipate obstacles, read between the lines, and turn insights into your advantage in any organizational context.
