Description
Measuring and evaluating your important programs and projects is crucial to understanding their impact, improving performance, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). ROI Certification® equips professionals with the skills to assess effectiveness, justify budgets, and drive data-informed decisions for sustainable success.
Since the first ROI Certification session in 1995, more than 16,000 individuals have participated in the process, making it one of the most sought-after certifications for managers and professionals. ROI Certification is significant because it helps individuals and organizations see the value of their programs in terms that executives appreciate.
As with completing any comprehensive learning program, you may have questions.
For answers to these questions, join Patti P. Phillips, Ph.D., CEO, ROI Institute, Inc., for an informational webinar about ROI Certification. ROI is a great skillset to have in competitive times. Learn how you can add value to your team.
Participants who attend this session will receive case studies, job aids, and a chapter from the book Value for Money: How to Show the Value for Money for All Types of Projects and Programs in Governments, Non-Governmental Organizations, Nonprofits, and Businesses (Wiley-Scrivener; 2019).
