Description

Zena Collins’ Emotional Maths approach integrates the MSCEIT Emotional Intelligence framework with strategic coaching and a human-centered change management methodology to support individuals and organizations through complex transitions. Her method emphasizes the intrinsic connection between emotions and behaviors, helping clients recognize emotions as essential allies in achieving goals and realizing visions. Emotional Maths guides people through change in a way that prioritizes wellbeing, fosters resilience, and enhances performance outcomes.

By combining emotional intelligence insights with process improvement strategies that are tailored to the culture of different sectors Zena’s approach empowers leaders to help their teams to navigate emotional barriers, align behaviors with strategic goals, and create high-performing cultures.
