Description
Upskilling America's workforce is essential to maintaining excellence and effectiveness in talent development. While thousands of professionals across various disciplines have experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT, CoPilot, Claude, or Perplexity, the question remains: are they truly AI literate? Do they have a solid foundation in "Prompt Engineering" tailored to their unique expertise? In a world where customization is the norm, why should Learning and Development (L&D) be any different?
Through effective collaboration with AI tools, L&D specialists can not only create content faster but also use data engagement, analysis, and custom AI assistants or GPTs to design courses that are innovative, mission-driven, and tailored to specific organizational needs. The outdated "one-size-fits-all" training approach no longer meets today's demands. This course introduces a structured methodology for training GPTs, infusing ISD best practices, data mining for improved outcomes, and a robust framework for developing courses with fully contextualized content aligned with organizational goals. Participants will engage with AI tools in a "hands-on" demo format, enhancing the learning experience.
Join Dwayne Ross, CEO of SkillVibes.net, as he explores the AI Made EASIER framework—Empowerment, Accessibility, Sustainability, Innovation, Education, and Results. Discover how AI tools can revolutionize your L&D initiatives by enabling upskilling, reskilling, and talent development that seamlessly integrates into every facet of work and life. With AI's rapid advancements, creating ISD-focused and personalized learning experiences has never been more accessible for L&D professionals.
