Description
Nowadays too many entry-level candidates lack the necessary soft skills to collaborate with co-workers and communicate effectively with clients. Soft skills are also essential people aspiring to leadership positions. However, training and assessment of soft skills is difficult, particularly in an e-learning context. In this webinar, you will learn how to harness generative AI to train and assess soft skills. Trainees can practice skills in role-plays with AI avatars playing roles as clients, co-workers, etc. They get immediate constructive feedback, so they can learn and improve. You can try out these training techniques yourself using common generative AI tools such as ChatGPT.
This webinar will use examples from healthcare. Good communication skills are essential for healthcare professionals, to improve the patient experience, improve patient outcomes, and lower the cost of care. You will see how AI improves soft skills in the context of healthcare, and brings benefits to healthcare organizations.
