Pete is the Training and OD Manager for the Personnel Board of Jefferson County, where he leads a training team that designs and delivers leadership and management training for over 7,000 local government employees. In addition, Pete worked for The Walt Disney Company for 13 years in the areas of operations, resort management and Human Resources.
