Rachel Serago is a Lead Instructional Designer at Artisan Learning, a custom learning development company. She uses her creativity and passion for learning—plus almost 20 years of experience in education, training, writing, and content creation—to develop unique and accessible learning experiences for a variety of industries. She has been a speaker at ATD ICE, participated in LSCon 2023 DemoFest, and will be a speaker and SolutionsFest participant at Learning Solutions and HR Con 2024. She also created the Artisan Practicum experience by partnering with Purdue University’s MSEd program in Learning Design & Technology. Rachel lives in Indianapolis where she enjoys live music, movies, and performing in professional theater.
