Description

Designing eLearning for a mobile or remote workforce can be challenging, particularly when using older authoring tools that don’t support responsive design. This can make it difficult to create courses that look good on desktop and mobile devices and develop scenario-based branching.

However, with all-new Adobe Captivate, you can design courses that look great on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices without increasing development time. This tool also makes it easy to build scenario-based branching. The all-new Adobe Captivate allows you to turn almost any component into an interactive object, making interaction development straightforward if you know how to use the tool effectively.

In this session or workshop, participants will learn:
  • Scenario Navigation: How to create interactions where learners can navigate scenarios and understand the consequences of their choices
  • Interactive Elements: How to turn almost any component within all-new Adobe Captivate into an interactive element
  • Dynamic Arrangement: How to create interactions that will dynamically arrange the onscreen elements for various devices

About Paul Wilson

Paul has been an eLearning designer and developer since 2005. In 2015 Paul started his own eLearning design company. To help promote his business, Paul began to create Adobe Captivate video tutorials on YouTube (https://youtube.com/captivateteacher). These videos were used to attract potential clients looking for a skilled eLearning designer. This strategy proved successful as he's worked with clients from all over the globe, helping them build highly engaging eLearning solutions.

Paul's YouTube channel presented an additional benefit of attracting aspiring Adobe Captivate developers to seek him out as a teacher. Paul now offers both online and onsite training on Adobe Captivate, teaching the skills users need to build engaging and interactive learning.
