Description
Judy, Mike, and Rose will share their insights and best practices when it comes to using virtual reality (VR) to reach new underserved audiences.
The shortage in skilled workers requires those of us who are training professionals to rethink how we design and deliver our programs. The possibilities are endless. 6.5 million have cognitive challenges - Down's Syndrome or are on the Autism spectrum. 1 in 3 have an arrest record (not conviction) that disrupted their education. The opportunity to learn the trades is not available to many.
Join us as Judy, Mike, and Rose both describe the need for new approaches and offer innovative yet reasonable solutions.
