Description

Quiet quitting isn’t new. It’s the latest name for a long-time problem: disengagement. Employees have been mentally quitting and staying for decades. What’s new is that today’s employees have taken to social media to openly talk about it. It’s a cry for help from these employees and you should treat it as a call to action.

The root cause of quiet quitting and disengagement is UNCERTAINTY. When employees are uncertain about where they stand at work, how their performance is evaluated, or what kind of opportunities exist for them, they disengage. When employees get mixed (or no) messages about what’s happening or what they should expect, they disengage. Uncertainty kills employee engagement and that leads to quiet quitting (or worse). But, there is an antidote to the uncertainty. It’s called CLARITY.

In this dynamic webinar, you’ll learn:
  • Why quiet quitting is an opportunity to improve employee engagement and retention
  • How uncertainty is driving the disengagement that fuels quiet quitting and how clarity is the key to addressing it
  • Techniques and tactics for how to create the clarity that will get employees to “quietly re-engage”
