Description

Selling is social — but onboarding new revenue professionals often lacks the social and collaborative aspects of actual sales. This is especially true in virtual learning, when new sellers are onboarded ad-hoc or with LMS-based experiences that do not equip them with the sophisticated capabilities they need to drive revenue growth.

Cohort-based onboarding and enablement training can help your sales reps get to selling more quickly. There is a better way.

In this webinar, we’ll:
  • Examine how virtual or hybrid cohort-based sales onboarding and training can facilitate authentic connection, community, and competition in your sales organization
  • Draw on the real-world experiences of organizations that have used devices such as leaderboards, gamification, and video collaboration galleries to spark productive team synergies
  • Discuss methods of creating collaborative environments where new sellers can learn as much from each other as they can from course content
