A skilled facilitator can make or break the success of a hybrid learning event. Hybrid learning – classes that have a mixture of in-person and online audiences -- is the new norm for many organizations. Facilitators are being asked to accommodate learners in multiple locations at the same time.

In this session, you will learn how to effectively facilitate hybrid classes. You'll learn how to bridge the experience gap between remote and co-located attendees. You’ll also learn practical tips such as using webcams, equalizing the experience, and maximizing inclusion. You’ll walk away from this session with tips on how to engage learners regardless of their physical location.
In this session, you will learn to:
  1. Set up hybrid classes for success
  2. Create a sense of shared experience despite location differences
  3. Manage robust virtual discussions that include both in-person and remote attendees
