About John Blackmon

John Blackmon brings decades of engineering and management expertise in the eLearning industry. Previously CEO of Trivantis, John led the development of the industry’s first eLearning authoring tool, Lectora, and the industry’s first VR course builder, CenarioVR. His efforts led to the filing of two separate patents in software design.

About Sheryl Coggins

Sheryl has worked in software development and quality assurance for several major software companies in emerging markets for over 20 years. She was part of the team at Trivantis, the organization that created the industry’s first eLearning authoring tool (Lectora) and VR course builder (CenarioVR).

About Christian Weibell, Ph.D.

Christian has a B.S. in Computer Science, a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology, and 25 years of experience in high-tech software development. He is widely known for his Principles-of-Learning Framework that elaborates seven principles on which all learning is based; it provides a reference for talking about and developing effective learning experiences and serves as the foundation for developing domain-specific theories of learning (principles-of-learning.com).

About Stephen Baer

Stephen is Chief Creative Officer of the Game Agency (a division of eLearning Brothers). He has also served as Director of Brand Integration at Atari where he oversaw development and marketing for all branded games. Before this role, Stephen was a marketing executive for three divisions of General Electric and was Director of Business Development at GCI Group, a subsidiary of WPP. Stephen has received several corporate awards and is a monthly contributor to Forbes.com.

About Andrew Rawson

Andrew Rawson has more than 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, and marketing. Prior to founding Traliant, Andrew served as the Global Head of Compliance Learning (eLearning) at Thomson Reuters, and has held senior management positions in the manufacturing, commercial construction, and software industries.
