Andrew Scivally is a co-founder of eLearning Brothers. He helps companies create engaging, interactive, and inspiring eLearning content. Prior to eLearning Brothers, he worked at JPMorganChase and Zions Bank, where he managed learning and development teams and built online learning content.

About John Blackmon

John Blackmon, creator of the award-winning VR course builder, CenarioVR®, brings decades of engineering and management expertise in the eLearning industry to his role as CTO of eLearning Brothers, a global provider of templates, custom design, authoring and learning management tools, and training for professionals everywhere. Previously CEO of Trivantis, John has worked with a variety of brands and was involved in the development and strategy for Trivantis, BocaSoft, Electronic Data Systems, and IBM. He led the development of the leading authoring tool Lectora and VR authoring tool CenarioVR. His efforts led to the filing of two separate patents in software and Responsive Course Design. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.

About Sheryl Coggins

Sheryl has worked in software development and quality assurance for several major software companies in emerging markets for over 20 years. She was part of the team at Trivantis, the organization that created the industry’s first eLearning authoring tool (Lectora) and VR course builder (CenarioVR).

About Christian Weibell, Ph.D.

Christian has a B.S. in Computer Science, a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology, and 25 years of experience in high-tech software development. He is widely known for his Principles-of-Learning Framework that elaborates seven principles on which all learning is based; it provides a reference for talking about and developing effective learning experiences and serves as the foundation for developing domain-specific theories of learning (principles-of-learning.com).

About Stephen Baer

Stephen Baer is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of The Game Agency (an educational software company recently acquired by eLearning Brothers). He is also a regular contributor to Forbes magazine and a speaker at EdTech conferences. Prior to starting The Game Agency, Stephen was the Director of Marketing at Atari, the iconic video game company. Since 2007 The Game Agency has been building custom games and enabling DIY games (via The Training Arcade®) to educate employees on topics including on-boarding, sales and product training, leadership development, safety, security, compliance, systems & processes, and customer service.

About Andrew Rawson

Andrew Rawson has more than 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, and marketing. Prior to founding Traliant, Andrew served as the Global Head of Compliance Learning (eLearning) at Thomson Reuters, and has held senior management positions in the manufacturing, commercial construction, and software industries.
