Description

Are you developing and deploying learning with the most efficient process possible? Agile development is no longer just for software developers; it’s being rapidly adopted in the Learning and Development industry because it’s proving to be more effective!

Forget old-school, long-winded content creation processes. Learners want content on-demand in a modern format. Your SMEs could be recording “how-to” videos on their smartphones to share with learners on the fly with multi-lingual captions.

Join Dr. Christian Weibell, Ph.D., and Jon Tota from eLearning Brothers to find out why the role of an instructional designer is changing based on modern learner expectations.

Highlights include:
  • Why organizations are seeing better results with peer-to-peer knowledge sharing
  • Why learners’ expectations of content have changed, and you can take advantage of it
  • How to facilitate a modern agile content creation process

About Christian Weibell, Ph.D.

Christian has a B.S. in Computer Science, a Ph.D. in Instructional Psychology and Technology, and 25 years of experience in high-tech software development. He is widely known for his Principles-of-Learning Framework that elaborates seven principles on which all learning is based; it provides a reference for talking about and developing effective learning experiences and serves as the foundation for developing domain-specific theories of learning (principles-of-learning.com).
