Part#1:  John Chen: Turn On The Damn Camera Now: The Secrets of Virtual Psychological Safety

By attending this session, you will master:
  • How to get your attendees to start engaging before your meeting starts
  • How to get even the quietest attendees to chat, share and turn on their camera
  • How to get attendees to want to return again and again to your virtual programs

Part#2:  Kassy Laborie: Getting Active in Virtual Training!

Gone are the days of passive learning and listening to lectures. Join Kassy LaBorie for this highly interactive and engaging virtual training activity that will make you forget you are online! People are not engaged by the tool, they are engaged by what we DO with the tools we have. Together we’ll explore how using the features of your virtual training platform can not only be simple and fun, but highly effective for learning!

Part#3:  Cynthia Clay:  Building Memory and Retention with Brain-based Principles

If you’ve ever had a hunch that certain learning experiences work better than others, the chances are good that there is a solid neurological principle to back that up. If they won’t remember it and they can’t use it, why bother to train them virtually?

Join NetSpeed Learning CEO Cynthia Clay in this dynamic, engaging session, as we explore two principles that maximize learning retention, transfer, and application. Let’s make virtual training stick!
