Rachel is passionate about people development, leadership, and self-awareness. Her team partners with organizations of all types to develop staff and leaders to support business and people outcomes. Rachel holds a doctoral degree in Transformative Leadership from the University of New England. And, received her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a graduate concentration in Adult Learning Methods, Curriculum, & Instruction.
