Description

Studies reveal today’s employees want best-in-class skills training and career development. Indeed, training matters more than ever as we continue to battle the COVID-19 pandemic.

Isn’t it time to highlight your organization’s training excellence and attain your 2022 TRAINING TOP 100 badge of honor?

Applying for Training magazine’s 2022 Training Top 100 awards program will benchmark the excellence and effectiveness of your organization’s employee training and development—all applicants receive a feedback report and qualitative scorecard and can do a Top 100 feedback call.

We want you to achieve the highest score possible on the application and showcase all the amazing things you are doing with training. So we are presenting this special Webinar to help all applicants—new, repeat, and returning—get as close to the perfect score as they can. The higher the score, the better the Top 100 ranking—which can attract and retain best-in-class talent looking for premier training and development opportunities.

In addition to covering changes to the 2022 application and scoring, this Webinar will reveal Top 100 application tips related to detailing specific, measurable business goals tied to training; highlighting the innovation of your training programs; obtaining Kirkpatrick Level 3 (behavior change) and Level 4 (business impact) results, choosing your most effective Best Practices, and more from:

  • Glenn Hughes, senior director, Learning & Development, KLA Corporation. KLA earned the #9 spot on the Training Top 100 in 2006 and #5 in 2005, 2004, and 2003, and was inducted into the Training Top 100 Hall of Fame when it began in 2008 after ranking in the Top 10 for four consecutive years. Glenn has been scoring Top 100 applications ever since.
  • Graham Johnston, leader, Talent Development, Strategy & Innovation, Deloitte, which achieved the #6 spot in 2005 and 2004, #8 in 2003 and #9 in 2002, and was named to the Training Top 100 Hall of Fame in 2008. Graham has been scoring Top 100 applications since 2014.
  • Lou Tedrick, vice president of Global Learning & Development at Verizon, which achieved the #1 spot in 2013 and 2012 and #3 in 2011 and #4 in 2010, and was named to the Training Top 100 Hall of Fame in 2014. Lou has been scoring Top 100 applications since that induction.
  • Lorri Freifeld, editor/publisher of Training magazine. She has spearheaded the Training Top 100 awards program since 2007. Over the years, Lorri has reviewed and scored several thousand Top 100 applications.
