Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Learning. He is the author of two books, “Photo Jolts: Image-based Activities that Increase Clarity, Creativity, and Conversation” and “A Graphic Guide to Writing SMART as Hell Goals.”
