KLA earned the #9 spot on the Training Top 100 in 2006 and #5 in 2005, 2004, and 2003, and was inducted into the Training Top 100 Hall of Fame when it began in 2008 after ranking in the Top 10 for four consecutive years. Glenn Hughes is the senior director of Learning and Development at Milpitas, CA-based KLA Corporation, a leader in process control using advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, and computational analytics. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Learning. He is the author of two books, “Photo Jolts: Image-based Activities that Increase Clarity, Creativity, and Conversation” and “A Graphic Guide to Writing SMART as Hell Goals.”

Graham Johnston is a learning strategist and performance consultant, responsible for advancing learning and development at Deloitte to drive organizational performance. He maintains the Deloitte’s Learning & Development Strategy, with a focus on architecting continuous, holistic, and personalized learning that elevates capabilities and enables business priorities. Johnston also provides consultative services and thought leadership to the Development function to enhance their learning strategies and solutions.

Lou Tedrick, Vice President of Global Learning & Development, Verizon Wireless, is a Human Resources professional with expertise in organization development, learning and development, and employee relations. As the Verizon Vice President of Global Learning & Development, Lou is responsible for enterprise-wide learning & development and manages a virtual team of over 780 learning professionals across the globe.
Lou is a member of ATD and SHRM. She was recognized by Chief Learning Officer as the 2021 CLO of the Year. Under her leadership, Verizon has been recognized as a 2021 CLO Learning Elite organization, ranking #1 and as a 2022 and 2023 CLO Learning Elite Winner’s Circle member.
