Description

The era of COVID has presented new challenges for training remote and in-person employees and customers. While trainers feel they are heavily dependent on video conferencing, many quickly discover it alone can’t provide the robust and flexible communication needed to support all training scenarios.

Even with the right tools in place, it can be challenging for a training team to meet the growing training needs of a remote workforce. In this webinar, we’ll discuss how companies are building a scalable training strategy by tapping into social and informal learning.

Join Aragon's CEO and Lead Analyst Jim Lundy and Head of Enterprise Video Mark Lagemann from Panopto for a deep dive into that and more including:
  • Why social learning with video is transforming how we do trainings today
  • How this evolving technology supports your needs to customize learning for in-person and remote employees
  • How tools like Panopto can help you overcome knowledge retention challenges through just-in-time learning
