Remember last year?  Well, don’t forget because it’s not over yet.  Everyone made up in their minds, that come 2021, we’d be back to normal.  Of course, that is not happening as quickly as we’d hope.  It seems the likelihood that we go back to 2019 NORMAL is zilch.  We are all in a continuing giant change, and change is always tough. 

Rather than fighting with our brains to figure out how to go back, it’s time to look up to where we want to go.  I know that sounds like a Hallmark Story, and if we’re honest with ourselves, we know that 2019 and prior was certainly not perfect.
