Judy Whitcomb has over 25 years of experience in human resources. She currently leads Vi’s human resources function as well as learning and organizational development. Whitcomb earned her bachelor's degree from DePaul University and MBA from Roosevelt University. Her success has culminated in an array of acknowledgements including 2012 and 2013 Best Small Company for Learning by Chief Learning Officer Magazine, Chief Learning Officer's LearningElite from 2011-2014, Training Magazine's Top 125 Learning Organizations from 2010-2014, and E-Learning Magazine's Top 100 Learning Organizations from 2011 through 2013. During Judy's tenure, Vi's Employee Effectiveness measured through the Company’s employee survey increased to 20% higher than the average for high-performing companies.
