Description

Learning practitioners seldom receive requests to help organizations teach programming skills or learn how to repair computers. On the other hand, it’s likely that hardly a day goes by without a request from someone to help put together a leadership training, or to help a team become better communicators.

In this session, Brett Wilson, Principal of Thought Leadership and Advisory Services at Cornerstone, will discuss the similarity and differences between learning hard skills and learning soft skills. Concrete and operational definitions will unveil the mystery behind these two learning outcomes. The use of examples and case studies will clarify these positions.
