Description

This webinar will use the classic claymation, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, to explain talent mobility and explore many “what if’s” about talent and potential in the workplace that may, in fact, be right under our noses:
  • What if Santa saw Rudolph’s potential from the start?
  • What if Rudolph was more confident and felt like it was ok to share his uniquenesses?

Some talents and strengths may not be glowing as bright as a shiny red nose but instead hiding inside of your organizations. How can you find them? How can you develop them? These questions and more will be addressed and you will find the answers you need to fully optimize the talent inside of your organization.

When resources are restricted and uncertain times remain the norm, work still needs to get done. Learning how to work with what you have is a key strategy to remain productive. This applies to your people too.

Join us to unlearn how we have been “seeing” people, and re-learn how we can appreciate the talents and skills of the employees who work among us. Successful deployments of talent mobility strategies reduce costs, increase employee engagement, and drive profitability so let’s get into the spirit of talent mobility together.
