About Daniel Mark Adsit

Daniel Mark Adsit is Principal Consultant at Mergence Systems, specializing in helping seasoned leaders use systems to scale distributed and remote teams. During his career, he has completed projects in over 15 countries for organizations including Eaton Corporation, Altera, and HubSpot certified marketing agencies. Adsit also works with a team at MIT that delivers eLearning courses to thousands of learners at companies worldwide using the Open edX platform. He is a graduate of the System Design and Management (SDM) Program at MIT and the College of Engineering at Cornell and enjoys horseback riding and traveling.

About Lee Rubenstein

Lee Rubenstein is Vice President of Business Development at edX. He leads our engagements with prospects and partners including Foundations, NGO’s, Corporations, and Governments both local and international. Lee has been building, running, and advising global businesses in the learning, communications, and media space for 20+ years. Most recently he served 5 years as President and COO of TBA Global, and as an advisor to several companies in the online entertainment space. Lee’s career has been focused on incorporating innovative technology and strategy to assist high profile brands improve their business results through education, communications, strategy and media.

Lee was part of the first executive team to take an ‘experiential’ communications corporation public and then went on to establish, build, and lead various global communication and learning companies in the US and Europe for agency holding companies. Lee was also part of the executive team that recast TrainingNet into THINQ Learning solutions, an LMS company later sold to Saba. Lee is a graduate of Boston University, and serves on the Board of Governors of Tufts Medical Center, and the Corporate Advisory Council of Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
