Description

Business has evolved. Workforces have evolved. Remote workforces have fundamentally transformed how we work. What was once a perk - work from home is now an essential way of how we get stuff done. The once vaulted in-person communication skills needed to bring complex projects to fruition are a thing of the past. To stay competitive, L&D leaders must reconsider how they build and scale great teams.

This session provides critical steps and ideas on how to build scalable workforces while simultaneously upskilling and reskilling employees to prepare them to be more productive employees and the business leaders of tomorrow.

Attending this session, you will…

  • Discover how to deploy online learning strategies to build scalable workforces
  • Learn how to use development plans to upskill executives, business leaders, line managers and others to future-proof your organization
  • Be able to establish the right metrics to measure success and course-correct as needed
  • Want to implement blended training programs immediately
