About Jamie Freeman
Jamie Freeman is the Manager of virtual training at Verizon. She has been supporting her trainers and developers on Adobe Connect for over ten years. She leads the organization in virtual training success by ensuring her trainers and developers are always taking their virtual experiences to the next level. Jamie lives just outside of Detroit, MI with her husband and three children. She is an active advocate for the disability community and has a passion for supporting parents raising children with special needs. Her son Benjamin, the love of her life, has Down syndrome and Autism and has inspired her work for the special needs' parenting community.

Alistair helps enable customer to communicate, collaborate, and train more effectively. During his 20+ year tenure at Adobe, Alistair has held a number of technology related roles that include consulting, evangelism, and marketing. His focus over the past decade has been on eLearning and webinars.
