The results of this survey indicate that high-performing organizations differ from lower performers in terms of the focus of their efforts, the involvement of executives, their cross-generational mentoring, and how well learning is designed for the next generation of leaders. Key among these differences is recognition that effective leadership involves both skill and character development.
In this webinar, we will cover the specific actions that high-performing organizations are taking to develop both the heart and skills of leaders and strengthen their organization’s future.
