Today's learners are continuously adaptive to new business demands. They learn while working. They adjust to rapid changes and are very resourceful in finding answers and solutions. Unfortunately, many learning systems are stuck with the old paradigms where learners have to slave away to derive useful answers.

Hence, Learning Systems must be malleable and extremely flexible. There should be no downtimes, no stoppages and no friction. It should provide continuous support to workers. The mindset and solutions must be aligned with learners/workers while they are within the workflow. They need to be able to constantly scale their capacities.
Topics to cover in this session:
  • Trends and practices where L&D leaders shift focus towards flexible and adaptive systems.
  • Cohesive strategies that merge: microlearning, informal learning, and workflow learning.
  • 7-Step process of unbundling complex learning systems and reassembling in flexible systems
  • Implementing and sustaining initiatives for scaling capacities
  • Case studies and illustrations will be presented
