Mark Brandau is a Senior Director, Product Marketing with SuccessFactors. He is currently responsible for the go-to-market strategy and execution of SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals products. Prior to SuccessFactors, Mark was Director of Product Marketing for Plateau Systems (acquired by SuccessFactors), where he led go-to-market activities for Plateau’s learning and talent management suite of products and solutions. Before joining Plateau, Mark was Vice President, Marketing for Visual Mining, where he helped the company achieve record operating results. Mark holds an M.B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia.
