Description

Thanks to the popularity of Siri on the iPhone, voice enablement applications are exploding.  In this program, Nancy Munro will provide several examples of how organizations can utilize voice enablement for performance support, training, data collection and more.  Many of these applications can be created without a deep level of technical expertise.

Some of the examples will include:

  • Creation of voice forms to automate data insertion into enterprise applications
  • Development of virtual coaches to walk people through step by step instructions
  • Capturing conversational information for the purposes of training
  • Building interactive surveys
  • Combined audio content and data collection for field testing
