Description

In this interactive webinar, Lou will share the highlights of her ½ day ‘bring-your-own-workshop’ session scheduled for Chicago on the afternoon of 9/19/13.  There really isn’t any need to pick between SAM and ADDIE!  The methodology you use is USELESS if you don’t know WHY the business is doing your project.

Participants will receive a copy of the RMA Project Charter template, useful no matter what methodology you use to establish the business reason for the project.  You’ll learn why building a new design with people who are experts (on the old way) is very challenging and how to avoid making bad training into bad e-learning training.

You’ll learn about the Agile Manifesto, and what really needs to be in place if you are going to develop agile e-learning projects.  Finally, you’ll learn how to work back from a fixed date regardless of the development milestones.  As always, you will leave with new ideas, realism and a good laugh.
