We want you to achieve the highest score possible on the application and showcase all the amazing things you are doing with training. So we are presenting this special Webinar to help all applicants—new, repeat, and returning—get as close to that perfect 125-point score as they can. The higher the score, the better the Top 125 ranking—which can attract and retain best-in-class talent looking for premier training and development opportunities.

During this Webinar, you’ll learn Top 125 application tips related to detailing specific, measurable corporate goals tied to training, obtaining Kirkpatrick Level 3 (behavior change) and Level 4 (business impact) results, choosing your most effective Best Practices, and more from:

  • Candy Haynes, a managing director in PwC’s Learning & Development team. PwC earned the #1 spot on the Training Top 125 in 2008, 2009, and 2010 and was inducted into the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame in 2011 after ranking in the Top 10 for four consecutive years. Candy has been scoring Top 125 applications ever since.
  • Lou Tedrick, vice president of Global Learning & Development at Verizon, which achieved the #1 spot in 2012 and 2013 and was named to the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame in 2014. Lou likewise has been scoring Top 125 applications since then.
  • Lorri Freifeld, who has served as editor-in-chief of Training magazine and spearheaded the Training Top 125 awards program since 2007. Over the years, she has reviewed and scored several thousand Top 125 applications.
