Description

In today's fast-paced world, rapid development can be the key to your e-learning success. Rise allows you to create beautiful, responsive courses using just a browser. Courses look gorgeous on PC, tablet, and phone with NO programming knowledge needed! In my first session, you saw the basics of how to create and publish beautiful and engaging e-learning using Articulate 360 Rise. The perfect tool for the accidental e-learning instructional designer! In this session we will pick up where we left off and tackle a few of the more advanced features of Rise.

In this follow-up session you will:
  • Create a quick and easy scenario in Rise using two different approaches.
  • Explore how Rise settings allow you to put your own stamp on a course by modifying the theme (fonts, colors, labels, logo), and control learner navigation.
  • Discover a simple method for using branching techniques in Rise.
  • Learn the ins and outs of collaborating in Rise, whether you have a team account or a personal account.
  • See how to export to PDF, Web, or an LMS.

NOTE: If you have not been using Rise and did not attend my first session, please review the recording of that session before coming to this session. In the first session attendees:
  • Explored what Rise can do – and what they can aspire to – by exploring an existing course design and becoming familiar with the Rise interface and lingo.
  • Saw how easy it is to get started by organizing and creating the basic shell of a course.
  • Watched (mesmerized!) as a content-rich, engaging course was created before their eyes by adding and modifying Rise pre-built lessons and blocks, including video, labeled graphics, process, timeline, sorting activities, embedding, and quizzes.
  • Asked a LOT of great questions!
