Description

We started making videos for e-learning a decade ago, mostly by accident. Today, I’ve shot over 60 of our famous ‘whiteboard’ videos, about two dozen episodes of a talk show format, and two full-length asynchronous courses, along with several marketing videos.  What I’ve learned from each format has informed my work in the others, and ultimately they’ve all led back to my latest book, which was first written entirely as video scripts.  I’ll share the story behind the stories, including mistakes made, lessons learned, and samples of what’s worked best – and where we’re going next.

About Ed Muzio

Ed Muzio has been called “one of the planet’s clearest thinkers about management practice” – by someone who would know, the editor of a global management magazine. He’s a recognized leader in improving human performance through his analytical approach to culture change. Maybe that’s why one reviewer called his second award-winning book, Make Work Great, “a must read for CEO’s and leaders.”

A regular guest on CBS, Ed works with Fortune 500 leaders and managers, individual practitioners, and everyone in between. He has been featured as a workplace dynamics expert in international media ranging from Fox News and The New York Post to Spirit Magazine and Monster.com.
