Description

Gamification has tremendous potential in the corporate training and adult education space. Although HR, Corporate Training, and Adult Education have been able to enhance engagement by incorporating gamified design elements into employee training, onboarding, and learning management – many still wonder how to use it effectively to deliver truly meaningful experiences?

Most people just dive into a design of points, badges, and leaderboards, without thinking through their ‘plan of attack’ or why they are implementing a gamification strategy. If our goal is to increase learning and engagement through key concepts found in game design and behavioral psychology, then we must learn how to design strategically to achieve learning and business objectives.

In this webinar, you’ll learn the 10 Commandments of Gamification from some of today’s most important thought leaders specializing in the field of gamification. These world class gamification strategists, researchers, and solution providers have all been hand-selected to present at this year’s GamiCon, a co-located event with Training Magazine’s Online Learning Conference.

According to a MarketsandMarkets report, the global gamification industry will be valued at $11.1 billion by 2020, up from $1.65 billion in 2015. With such substantial growth, isn’t it time you learned how to make gamification a “game changer” for your employee engagement and talent development strategy?
