For more than 20 years, Jim has designed and implemented learning and leadership development systems for companies worldwide. He is also a sought-after executive coach with expertise in organizational communications, change and transitions.
About Debbie Stang
Debbie Stang serves as Chief Operating Officer for Midco. Stang began her Midcontinent career in the company’s cable division and moved to corporate roles including accounting, finance and human resources. She served as the company’s first Director of Employee Services and the first Vice President of Human Resources before returning to Operations in 2015. Stang holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University-St. Paul, is a graduate of the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Senior Executive Education program at the Stanford Business graduate school, and currently serves on the WICT national board.
About Ben Dold
As VP of Central Operations, Ben Dold leads the VoC research, operations analytics, supply chain, sales support and product management teams at Midco. Prior to his current role, he led the marketing insights and consumer sales teams. Dold earned an MBA from St. Cloud State University and a bachelor’s degree in economics at St. John’s University. Dold is also a graduate of the Leadership Sioux Falls program.
