This session will provide specific questions to ask and considerations to make when selecting outsourced and off-the-shelf training. Tactics for building an effective four levels training evaluation plan for outside training content will be explained. Armed with this information, you will be able to integrate outsourced training into a training and evaluation plan that works for your organization.
You will also receive a job aid and supplementary materials to assist you in applying these ideas in your work.
