Various organizations utilizing eLearning are developing Serious Games to increase both engagement and interest during employee training programs. This is due to game mechanics being an effective way to teach today’s learners, resulting in higher motivation and desire to complete training. However, many people face challenges in the development process, unsure of exactly what is needed for planning and implementation. Fortunately, this does not have to be the case.

Many companies have successfully designed Serious Games for training and obtained the desired results that were aimed for. About Andrew Hughes

Andrew Hughes, who founded Designing Digitally, Inc. in 2001, has extensive experience in the development of enterprise learning solutions for Government and Fortune 1000 clients. He teaches as a professor at the University of Cincinnati and has been a consultant for the Ohio Board of Regents and the U.S. Department of Education for the Office of Innovation, where he helped to develop ground-breaking learning spaces for the K-12 sector.
