About Ann Marie Tsoi
Ann Marie started her education and development career with Benchmark Learning in 1995 as an applications trainer. She earned her Masters of Arts in Communication in the spring of 2009 and has designed and taught a variety of professional skills classes including Effective Business Writing, Time Management and Team Building. Ann Marie also works with clients to customize the courses to deliver private training to meet their specific challenges and business problems. Ann Marie is a Learning Architect at Benchmark Learning and has worked with a multitude of companies to scope and develop learning processes, including General Mills.
Recently, Ann Marie collaborated with 18 organizations from across the Twin Cities to develop the IT Leadership: Principles and Practices program for Benchmark Learning to help IT leaders become valued partners with business units. She has the skills to understand the business problem, communicate with subject matter experts, elicit project requirements and conduct a solution analysis. Ann Marie’s unique skill sets gives her the ability to understand a client’s needs, develop content and deliver effective training solutions. She presents at multiple conferences, seminars and association events each year. In 2011 she was rated the top presenter by attendees at TechFuse, a technology conference.
