Part 1: Building a Smarter Learning Ecosystem
Speaker:  JD Dillon, Principal Learning Strategist, Axonify
Description:
L&D has failed to keep up with the ever-changing world of work. While content and technology are important components of a right-fit strategy, modernizing your approach starts with a fundamental mindset shift in how learning is perceived. We’ll introduce you to the modern learning ecosystem framework, which provides a consistent yet flexible way to address performance challenges and foster a continuous learning experience that provides clear value to your business and employees.

Part 2: Blended Learning: A Four Dimensional Problem
Speaker: Jennifer Hofmann, Founder and President of InSync Training
Description:
When designing a blended learning solution, you need to think about a much more complex choreography than you would for traditional face-to-face solution. You need to consider how to integrate content, learners, facilitators, producers, and technology throughout the process. Every participant in this “dance” might be doing something independently, but the outcome needs to be a synchronized flow of information. We’ll discuss this four-dimensional problem and ways to ensure that the right content is in the right place at the right time, and delivered to the right audience of learners.

Part 3: A Blueprint for Formal and Informal Learning
Speaker: Christopher King, Principal Consultant, CRK Learning
Description:
We’ll explore a process that blends the benefits of deliberate instructional design with informal learning’s focus on performance—the Learning Experience and Performance (LEaP) Plan. It identifies the content best delivered via formal instruction, and which content belongs in the “70 and 20.” It meets learners where they learn today, then greets them back in the workflow, when they shift from “Learners” to “Performers.” Join us to find out how the LEaP Plan is the key to unlocking support for the Moment of Apply—when your learners need that little push to do it right, build good habits, and improve their performance.
