Description

Every day in your business, people are making decisions that affect the bottom line. Many of these financial decisions are made by people who perceive finance as scary, hard, or someone else’s job.

Explore how a large pharmaceutical company applied a novel instructional approach to demystify finance by building a common financial language across the organization in a way that was flexible, scalable, and cost effective.

If you have been looking for a way to empower leaders to make better business decisions, this session is not one to miss.
