Patty consults and facilitates processes in alignment building, problem solving, strategic and operational planning as well as coaching leaders to support their organizational and personal goals and building high performing teams that succeed through commitment and collaboration. Patty is a frequent blogger and podcaster on interactionassociates.com and author of the popular ebook, "The Little Book of Big Change." She earned both her B.A. in Psychology and her M.S. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.

In addition to working with leaders and teams in private and public sector organizations, Mr. Rosen currently supports Shatil, the capacity-building arm of the New Israel Fund, to develop the facilitative leadership skills of Palestinian and Jewish change agents in Israel. Barry has a B.A. in Philosophy from Trinity College, Connecticut, and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from U.C. Berkeley.
