Before AECOM in 2005, Bob worked for ENSR, a Massachusetts based 3,000 employee international environmental consulting firm, and now a subsidiary of AECOM. While at ENSR, Bob was Executive Vice President of Organizational Development, and Chief Operating Officer and spearheaded ENSR’s award winning Employee Engagement programs and initiatives.
