Banjac guides organizations to accelerate learning, capitalize on informal learning, collaborate internally and externally, and integrate custom content into employee engagement programs.

Prior to the JAB Group, Joyce owned Business Smarts ® Inc. a training company with a technology emphasis, earning national awards by Hewlett Packard and Compaq Computer. She has also held positions as Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs with Jefferson College (Missouri) and Dean of Academic Affairs at Cuyahoga Community College.
