Ken Barber is the Manager of Learning & Development for Shell Oil Company. Ken is responsible for the training and development of 20,000 employees at Jiffy Lube International's 2,000 locations. Jiffy Lube University (JLU) has over 200 WBT, ILT and VILT courses which constitute the 10 Certifications for store level employees and managers. With a Learning Team of only 8, JLU recorded over 2.2 million hours of learning in 2013. JLU has been featured in many trade publications and has won over 25 national and international awards in 10 different competitions over the past five years including first in the Training Top 125 Award in 2014.
